Suitable for instant repair of broken items as it bonds most of the plastics, metals, alloys, marble, rubber, polycarbonate, epoxy, Bakelite, ceramics, jewellery, antiques, electronics, repairing of any auto assembly, crockery, clock and home appliances, etc.
Step 1 : Make sure the surfaces to be bonded are clean and dry.
Step 2 : For opening of ampoule, hold the ampoule in vertical position and tap the cap so that whatever material present in neck area should be drop down.
Step 3 : Now twist the cap to open the ampoule.
Step 4 : Dispense a drop or drops to one surface only. Apply enough quantity to achieve a thin film after compression.
Step 5 : Curing time can vary based on amount of glue and type of surface glued.
Step 6 : Excess glue can cause delayed or bond failure.
Step 7 : Press parts together and hold firmly for a few seconds. Good contact is essential. An adequate bond develops in less than one minute based on the substrate.
Step 8 : Wipe off excess adhesive from the top of the nozzle and recap BONDTITE QUICK to the three re-closures given on the cap. If left uncapped, may deteriorate by contamination from moisture in the air.
Step 9 : Because BONDTITE QUICK condenses by polymerization, sometimes whitening will occur on the surface of the ampoules when humidity is high.
Low viscosity
