BONDTITE PVC BOND is the new-generation adhesive for the bonding PVC sheet over plywood and other wooden substrates as MDF, HDHMR, etc. It is suitable for pasting PVC edge banding tape to edges of plywood, MDF, etc. It needs to be applied on only one surface for pasting edge banding PVC tapes.
Step 1 : Surface to be bonded should be dry clean and free from oil or grease.
Step 2 : First, apply glue uniformly on backside of PVC laminate sheet and then apply the glue on the plywood |MDF, Particleboard and spread it uniformly.
Step 3 : For PVC Edge Banding Tape, apply glue only on plywood / MDF/Particle board and spread the glue uniformly on the edge with the help of spreader/ knife of spatula.
Step 4 : Depending on surrounding climatic conditions of temperature and humidity , give suitable open time .
Step 5 : Till the glue is wet on both the substrates ,press those two surfaces together , make the proper alignment and keep under pressure with the help of either a clamp, nails, wooden support etc. till the adhesive dries completely.
Step 6 : Apply hand pressure on the laminated surface using a wet squeezed cloth to remove any air entrap and avoid the bubble. Excess glue oozing out gets removed softly and carefully using the cloth or cotton.
Step 7 : Press the edge bend joint for 2-5 minutes under the manual hand pressure. Use the masking tape to hold the joint firmly.

Storage: Products should be stored in a dry place in their original, properly closed containers at temperatures between 2-40°C. Partially emptied containers / Pouches should be closed immediately.
