Solvent Cements

AMROW is a fast-setting UPVC solvent cement for joining UPVC pipes and fittings.

Suitable for domestic plumbing, agriculture pipeline, boring and in drainage, etc.

Step 1 : Cut pipe square and remove burrs

Step 2 : Before applying the Amrow roughen and clean the outer surface of PVC pipes and inner surface of socket

Step 3 : Check the dry fit of pipe & fitting it should go upto end of pipe easily but should be came tight on half way

Step 4 : Apply Amrow evenly by using suitable applicator on outer surface of pipe Inner surface of socket

Step 5 : Inner surface of socket

Step 6 : Rotate the pipe 1/4th while inserting into the socket for better spreading of Amrow and hold for 30 second

Step 7 : Wipe off excess of Amrow and leave the surface untouched for 1 hour for perfect bonding

Step 8 : Partially emptied container should be closed immediately

Meets ASTM D 2564 Standards

Shelf Life: 18 months for tin conatiner and 4 years for Coex pack in prescribed storage condition

Storage: Product should be stored in a dry place in their original, properly closed containers.
