Bondtite Aqua is suitable for all type of wood working in furniture like plywood, wood, laminates, veneers, particle board, block board/hard board, MDF to each other.
The usual procedure to be followed for application of Bondtite Aqua with the help of Astral Adhesive's Bondtite applicator is as follows
Step 1 : Clean both the surfaces to be bonded.
Step 2 : It is ready to use product so dilution is not recommended.
Step 3 : Apply an even coat of Bondtite Aqua first on comparatively non-porous surfaces and then on porous surfaces, for e.g. apply first on laminate and then on Plywood.
Step 4 : Depending on surrounding climatic conditions of temperature and humidity , give suitable open time .
Step 5 : Till the glue is wet on both the substatrets ,press those two surfaces together and keep under pressure with the help of either a clamp, nails, wooden support etc., till the adhesive dries completely.
Step 6 : Excess adhesive pressed outside the joints should be wiped out with a wet cloth.
