BONDTITE UNIWELD is a two component adhesive. It bonds various similar and dissimilar substrates. This system has a unique property of achieving high-bond strength even if the surfaces to be bonded have traces of oil.
Suitable for bonding various similar and dissimilar substrates such as metals, rigid plastics (ABS, PVC, PU, Polycarbonate), FRP, ferrite, ceramic, wood, leather, rubber, marble, glass, bonding magnet in speaker manufacturing, door locks pasting on PVC doors, pasting golf sticks' toe, etc.
Step 1 : Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil, wax and paint.
Step 2 : Roughen smooth surfaces for better adhesion by sandblasting or sanding with emery cloth.
Step 3 : Wash glass and ceramic surfaces with soap and water then rinse and let dry.
Step 4 : Pre-fit parts to be joined.
Step 5 : Apply part A on one surface & part B on another surface.
Step 6 : Put both the applied surface togather and rub it. Clamp it 20 minutes.
Step 7 : Fully Strength achive in 2 hours

Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
Storage: Product should be stored in a dry place in their original, properly closed containers at temperature between 2-40°C. Partially emptied container should be closed immediately.
