Step 1 : Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil, wax and paint.
Step 2 : Roughen smooth surfaces for better adhesion by sandblasting or sanding with emery cloth
Step 3 : Wash glass and ceramic surfaces with soap and water then rinse and let dry
Step 4 : Pre-fit parts to be joined.
Step 5 : Squeeze equal volume of material from both part-A and part-B
Step 6 : Mix resin and hardener for one minute thoroughly and then apply as per requirement.
Step 7 : Clamp it for 24 hours.

Bondtite Super Strength Epoxy Adhesive bonds metals, ceramics, wood, leather, rubber, marble, granite and glass.
Clean and dry the surfaces, roughen smooth surfaces with emery cloth, squeeze equal volumes of part-A and part-B, mix thoroughly for one minute, apply, and clamp for 24 hours.
Bondtite Super Strength Epoxy Adhesive sets within 8 hours and should be clamped for 24 hours to reach full bond strength.

Bondtite Super Strength Epoxy Adhesive remains unaffected by mild alkalis and acids, though continuously wet areas or water immersion are not recommended.Also it has heat resistance upto 90 Deg C.
Bondtite Super Strength Epoxy Adhesive does not bond to polyethylene or polypropylene plastics and should not be used in continuously wet areas or water immersion.
Avoid mixing unequal parts of resin and hardener, skipping surface roughening, or removing the clamp before the full 24-hour cure period.
Bondtite Super Strength Epoxy Adhesive offers high working time, low shrinkage and extremely strong adhesion on multiple substrates, which is important for demanding marble, granite and metal bonding jobs.
Store Bondtite Super Strength Epoxy Adhesive in a dry place in its original, properly closed container at temperatures between 2-40°C, where it has a 2-year shelf life.
