CRACKBOND JFM 151 is a modified system designed for filling joints of marble flooring in place of white cement.
After curing this system gets converted to marble white colour.
Used for gap filling and joining in marbles and granites
Step 1 : Lay marble as usual, do not fill joints with white cement
Step 2 : After cleaning of joints with simple water jet, leave unfilled joints for 12-15 hours for curing of the base cement
Step 3 : Prepare resin-hardener mix as 100:50 ratio, (Pigmentation can be done according to the colour of marble by adding dry cement colour into the mix) pour the resin hardener into the mix with help of a dispensing bottle
Step 4 : After pouring the mix leave the applied area untouched for 6 to 8 hours Polishing can be done after 3-4 days as usual
