Step 1 : The surface should be clean and dried before application
Step 2 : Colour or fillers can be added prior to the addition of catalyst (Part-B)
Step 3 : Take out required quantity of Part A and mix Part B in the ratio of 100:3. After mixing Fill X (Part A & B), application can be done with putty knife
Do not return the mixed material into the container as this may gel the entire material with time
Step 4 : Initial setting time is 3-8 minutes and final curing will take 30 to 40 minutes depending upon the temperature
Step 5 : Higher temperature reduces the setting time of the mix. After 30 minutes, sanding or cutting can be done as per standard marble tools

FillX Marble Mastic is used to repair marble pittings, cracks and staircase marble moulding, and for marble joint filling.
It is formulated to bond and fill marble flooring joints, and dry cement colours can be added for a matching finish.
Mix Part A with Part B in a 100:3 for colored and 100:5 for transparent ratio using a putty knife, and apply within the working time as it begins to gel once mixed.
Initial setting takes 10 minutes, with final curing in 30-40 minutes depending on temperature, after which sanding can begin.
Common applications include marble pitting repair, crack filling, staircase moulding repair and joint filling in marble flooring.

Avoid using FillX Marble Mastic on wet, oily or unclean marble surfaces, since the surface must be clean and dry before application.
Common mistakes include returning leftover mixed material into the container, which can gel the entire batch, and not sanding within the recommended window.
