Resibond Zero Nail is a high strength instant grab and high load bearing adhesive which bond multiple substate. It has good weatherability and excellent durability. It can be used in wet surfaces.
General purpose bonding on various porous substrate
Step 1 : Surfaces must be clean, dry& free from grease and detergents.
Step 2 : Cut the tip of the cartridge and use the V cut nozzle.
Step 3 : Apply in threading pattern (zig – zag) with approx.10-12 cm distance between each line.
Step 4 : Bring surfaces in to position as quickly as possible and press firmly for 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 5 : Parts can be re-adjusted within 6- 8 minutes depending upon the temperature.
Step 6 : It is recommended to keep gap of 20-35 mm at all side of edge - corner to avoid any excess glue Ooze out and to control any Visible gap.
Step 7 : For putting heavier weights such as glass or marble shelf on wall mounted ‘C’ clamps or brackets, allow the adhesive to cure overnight before putting the shelves in place.
Step 8 : Seal the nozzle with the help of a tape. Cut the nozzle tip to remove cured sealant before next use.

Shelf Life: 12 months in unopened packaging in a dry and cool storage place, at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
Storage: Product should be stored in a dry place in their original, properly closed containers at temperature between 2 - 40°C.
