Resimet BR 844

Anaroebic Adhesives

RESIMET BR 844 is an anaerobic high strength adhesive used for assembling of bearing to casing.

Available SKUs 5 ml
4.6/5 (128 reviews)

It is used mainly where gap will be max 0.25 mm and maximum strength is required at normal atmospheric conditions.Typical applications include rotor to shafts in fractional and sub-fractional horsepower motors. Locks bushings and sleeves in housings on shafts.

Step 1 : Surfaces should be clean and free from oil and grease.

Step 2 : Product should be applied to the shaft in sufficient quantity to fill all engaged gaps. Then tight with rotor on adhesive applied area.

Step 3 : This product performs best in thin bond gaps, (0.05mm). Very large thread sizes may create large gaps, which will affect cure speed and strength.

Step 4 : This product is designed to give controlled friction, (torque/tension ratio), during assembly. In critical tightening applications, this ratio should be confirmed.

Resimet BR 844 is a high-strength anaerobic adhesive used for thin-gap bonding in rotor-to-shaft assembly.

It is designed for metal-to-metal bonding, such as bushings, sleeves and shafts in fractional horsepower motors.

Apply the adhesive to the shaft in sufficient quantity to fill all engaged gaps, then fit the rotor onto the treated area.

Resimet BR 844 is fast-curing at room temperature; specific cure-time figures are not listed.

Common applications include rotor-to-shaft assembly in fractional and sub-fractional horsepower motors, and locking bushings and sleeves in housings.

Resimet BR 844 is single-component and free-flowing; waterproof and heat-resistance upto 120 deg C.

Avoid using Resimet BR 844 on surfaces with oil or grease, since the gap should be clean for the bond to cure to full strength.

Common mistakes include using it on gaps larger than the recommended 0.05mm, which can slow curing and reduce strength.

Resimet BR 844 is a high-strength, single-component, free-flowing liquid suited to demanding thin-gap metal assemblies.

Store Resimet BR 844 below 40°C in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight in a tightly closed container.

Shelf Life: 12 months in a partially filled packing and strictly store in cool, away from heat.

Storage: Product should be stored be stored below 40°C in a cool & dry place away from sunlight in properly tight container.
