It is used for sealing fasteners from 6 mm to 9 mm diameter which are used in small engines, furniture and other metal assembly
Step 1 : For best performance, surfaces should be clean and free from oil and grease.
Step 2 : Product should be applied to the bolt in sufficient quantity to fill all engaged threads. Then tint the nut on adhesive applied area.
Step 3 : This product performs best in thin bond gaps(0.05mm). Very large thread sizes may create large gaps which will affect cure speed and strength.
Step 4 : This product is designed to give controlled friction, (torque/tension ratio), during assembly. In critical tightening applications this ratio should be confirmed.
Single component
Free flowing liquid
Fast curing at room temperature
Resimet TL 922 is a single-component, medium-strength anaerobic threadlocker used for locking screws and fasteners.
It is designed for metal fasteners from 6mm to 9mm in diameter used in small engines, furniture and other metal assemblies.
Apply the threadlocker to the bolt in sufficient quantity to fill all engaged threads, then fit the nut onto the treated area.
Resimet TL 922 cures fast at room temperature; specific cure-time figures are not listed.
Common applications include sealing 6mm-9mm fasteners in small engines, furniture assembly and other metal joints.
Resimet TL 922 is single-component and free-flowing; waterproof and heat-resistance upto 120 deg C..
Avoid using Resimet TL 922 on surfaces with oil or grease, since clean, dry threads are needed for the bond to cure properly.
Common mistakes include using it on large thread sizes with wide gaps, which can affect cure speed and strength.
Resimet TL 922 is a single-component, free-flowing liquid that cures fast at room temperature for reliable thread locking.
Store Resimet TL 922 below 40°C in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight in a partially filled, tightly closed container.
Shelf Life: 12 months in a partially filled packing and strictly store in cool, away from heat.
Storage: Product should be stored be stored below 40°C in a cool & dry place away from sunlight in properly tight container.
