SOLVOBOND AGRO 301 is a clear, regular bodied, fast setting, high strength PVC solvent cement for PVC irrigation piping system. Solvobond Agro 301 Specially developed for agriculture irrigation purpose.
Step 2 : Remove burr, roughen and clean the outer surface of the pipe and inner surface of the socket
Step 3 : Check the dry fit of pipe & fitting. It should go up to end of the fitting easily.
Step 4 : Apply one coat of Solvobond Agro 301 evenly using suitable applicator on outer surface of the pipe and inner surface of the socket. Again apply second coat on pipe.
Step 5 : Twist the pipe 45°-90° while inserting into the socket for better spreading of Solvobond Agro 301 and hold for 30 sec.
Step 6 : Do not move joint for 10 minutes
Step 7 : Partially emptied container should be closed immediately

As with other Solvobond PVC solvent cements, the joint should be left undisturbed for the recommended curing period before the irrigation line is pressurized.
