Suitable for all kinds of CPVC pipes & fittings up to 2 “ diameter

Suitable for domestic plumbing

Suitable for hot & cold water pipeline

It can be used for potable water & pressurized pipes

Step 1 : Cut the pipe to the required length.

Step 2 : Remove burrs, roughen, and clean the outer surface of the pipe and the inner surface of the socket.

Step 3 : Check the dry fit of the pipe and fitting. The pipe should easily reach the end of the fitting.

Step 4 : Apply TRUZO CPVC Solvent Cement evenly on the outer surface of the pipe and the inner surface of the socket using a suitable applicator.

Step 5 : Insert the pipe into the socket with a 45°to 90° twisting motion to ensure proper spreading of TRUZO CPVC Solvent Cement, and hold for 30 seconds.

Step 6 : Wipe off any excess cement.

Step 7 : Close the partially used container immediately after use. Allow 2 minutes to achieve good handling strength. Allow 1 hour curing time for cold water systems up to 160 psi, and 6 hours for hot water systems up to 100 psi at 82°C. For pipe sizes 1.5” (50 mm) or larger, and for higher temperatures or pressures, longer curing time is required.

Resistant to algal and bacterial growth

Temperature resistance up to 82°C

Meets ASTM F-493 Standards

Truzo CPVC Solvent Cement is a yellow-coloured, medium-bodied solvent cement designed for joining CPVC pipes and fittings, including potable water and pressurized piping.

Truzo CPVC Solvent Cement is formulated specifically for joining CPVC pipes and fittings.

Roughen and clean the pipe and socket surfaces, check the dry fit, apply Truzo evenly using a suitable applicator, then twist the pipe 45-90 degrees into the socket and hold for 30 seconds.

Leave the joint untouched for 1 hour for cold water applications and 6 hours for hot water applications to achieve a strong, leak-free bond.

Truzo CPVC Solvent Cement is commonly used for hot and cold water plumbing systems requiring durable, leak-proof CPVC pipe joints.

Yes, Truzo CPVC Solvent Cement can withstand temperatures up to 82°C, making it suitable for both hot and cold water plumbing.

Truzo CPVC Solvent Cement is designed specifically for CPVC pipework and should not be used on other pipe materials such as PVC or uPVC.

Avoid skipping the dry-fit check, applying cement unevenly on the pipe and socket, or disturbing the joint before the recommended curing period.

Truzo CPVC Solvent Cement is heavy-duty and built specifically for secure, leak-free CPVC pipe joints in hot and cold water plumbing, a job ordinary adhesives cannot reliably perform.

Store Truzo CPVC Solvent Cement in a dry place in its original, properly closed container, and reseal partially used containers immediately after use.

Shelf Life: 18 months for tin conatiner and 4 years for Coex pack in prescribed storage condition

Storage: Product should be stored in a dry place in their original, properly closed containers
