Gasketbond
Gasket bond is a fast drying, flexible sealing compound used for sealing gap between gasket and metal surfaces to make the joint leak proof. It has excellent gap filling tendency and can withstand upto 120°C. Gasket bond has major usage in industries by plumbers in GI Pipe fillings to join leakage of automobile workshops and reputed auto machines.
Applications
It is use for gasketing in different applications like
- Oil Filter fitting surface
- Fuel pump joined flange surfaces
- Oil pump joined flange surfaces
- Cylinder head joined flange surfaces and other various flange surfaces
Advantages
- Medium viscous material allows proper coverage
- Resistance to heat, oil and variety of chemicals
- Resistant to high pressure
How to use
- Before use, clean the bonding area to remove grease or dust
- Apply Gasketbond and spread evenly with the help of spatula
- Immediately place the cap on the respective packing
- Tighten joints 2-3 min after application
Shelf Life
18 months in unopened packaging in a strictly dry and cool storage place.
Storage
Product should be stored in a cool place strictly below 40°C.

Handling precautions
- This product is flammable, so take precautions in storage and handling
- Provide adequate ventilation
- Do not inhale or ingest
