Car Putty - Fill X 51
Fill X Auto polyester putty is specially formulated for filling pin holes, scratches, minor imperfections on Auto body before painting. It is to be applied on clean & dry surface. It has excellent coverage, smoothness, sandability, flexibility, hardness, etc. Painting can be done just after 30 minutes from the time of application.
It can be used for filling pin holes, scratches, minor imperfections in any metal as well as modular furniture.
- The surface should be clean and dried before application. Color or fillers can be added prior to the addition of catalyst (Part-B)
- Take out required quantity of Part A and mix Part B in the ratio of 100:3. After mixing FillX (Part-A & B) application can be done with putty knife. Do not return the mixed material into the container as this may gel the entire material with time
- Initial setting time is 3-5 minutes and final curing will take 20-30 minutes depending upon the temperature. Higher temperature reduces the setting time of the mix
- After 15 minutes, sanding can be done as per standard tools
1 year from the date of manufacturing in unopen container.
Product should be stored be stored below 40°C in a cool and dry place away from sunlight in properly tight container.
Oxides of carbon; aldehydes, acids and other organic substances may be formed during combustion or elevated temperature (>500°F) degradation.
