Bondtite Gel

Bondtite Gel is a high strength two component highly viscous thixotropic adhesive. It is an excellent adhesive for sealing electronic components, coating on tile joints to avoid color change of grout by acting as a weather shield, for making small beads over sari, chunri, hair clips and artificial jewelry. Jari & colors can be added to give desired effect on textile, glass etc.

How to use
How to use

Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil, wax and paint. Roughen smooth surfaces for better adhesion by sandblasting or sanding with emery cloth. Wash glass and ceramic surfaces with soap and water then rinse and let dry. Pre-fit parts to be joined. Squeeze equal volume of material from both part-A & part-B. Mix resin and hardener for more than 2 minute thoroughly and then apply as per requirement. Fully cured in 24 hours.

  • Does not bond to polyethylene or polypropylene plastics
  • Applications requiring short-term heat exposure of greater than 150°C Continuously wet areas or water immersion Potable water systems
  • Do not use on areas that will come in contact with food related items

Product should be stored in a dry place in their original, properly closed containers at temperature between 2-40°C. Partially emptied container should be closed immediately.
