Amrow UPVC Welder is a regular bodied fast setting solvent cement used for joining UPVC pipe and fittings for low pressure and drainage system.
Excellent solvent cement for UPVC pipe and fittings for low pressure and drainage system. Can be used for potable water. It can also works very well in PVC, acrylic and ABS.
Method of application:
Cut pipe square and remove burrs
Before applying the Amrow roughen and clean the outer surface of PVC pipes and inner surface of socket
Check the dry fit of pipe & fitting it should go upto end of pipe easily but should be came tight on half way
Apply Amrow evenly by using suitable applicator on outer surface of pipe
Inner surface of socket
Rotate the pipe 1/4th while inserting into the socket for better spreading of Amrow and hold for 30 second
Wipe off excess of Amrow and leave the surface untouched for 1 hour for perfect bonding
Partially emptied container should be closed immediately
18 Months from the date of manufacturing.
Product should be stored in a dry place in their original, properly closed containers.
