Solvobond
Solvobond is a high quality PVC solvent cement used for repairing and bonding of PVC pipes & components made from PVC like telephones, PVC floor tiles, PVC doors etc.
Excellent solvent cement for bonding irrigation, electrical conduit and plumbing PVC pipe joints which can with stand temperature upto 50°C
Method of application:

Cut pipe square and remove burrs

Before applying the Solvobond roughen and clean the outer surface of PVC pipes and inner surface of socket

Check the dry fit of pipe & fitting it should go upto end of pipe easily but should be came tight on half way

Apply Solvobond evenly by using suitable applicator on outer surface of pipe

and inner surface of socket

Rotate the pipe 1/4th while inserting into the socket for better spreading of Solvobond and hold for 30 seconds

Wipe off excess of Solvobond and leave the surface untouched for 1 hour for perfect bonding

Partially emptied container should be closed immediately
18 months from the date of manufacturing.
Product should be stored in a dry place in their original, properly closed containers.

Use explosion-proof electrical/ventilating/lighting/equipment. Take precautionary measures against static discharge. Wear protective gloves/eye protection/face protection. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Obtain special instructions before use. Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. Avoid breathing fume/gas/mist/vapors. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area
