SOLVOBOND PVC 501 is regular bodied PVC solvent cement for PVC pipes & fittings upto 6” diameter. It is suitable for conduit & low-pressure and drainage systems
MEETS: ASTM D-2564 Standard.
Cut the pipe
Remove burr, roughen and clean the outer surface of the pipe and inner surface of the socket
Check the dry fit of pipe & fitting. It should go up to end of the fitting easily.
Apply one coat of Solvobond PVC 501 evenly using suitable applicator on outer surface of the pipe and inner surface of the socket. Again apply second coat on pipe.
Twist the pipe 45°-90° while inserting into the socket for better spreading of Solvobond PVC 501 and hold for 30 sec.
Do not move joint for 10 minutes
Partially emptied container should be close immediately.

Product should be stored in a dry place in their original, properly closed containers at temperature between 2-40°C. Partially emptied container should be closed immediately.
