Truzo
Truzo CPVC Welder is a medium-bodied yellow colored CPVC solvent cement for jointing CPVC pipe and fittings.
Excellent solvent cement for CPVC pipe and fittings. It can be used for potable water, pressurized pipe and can with stand upto 82°C.
Method of application:

Cut pipe square and remove burrs

Before applying the Truzo roughen and clean the outer surface of PVC pipes and inner surface of socket

Check the dry fit of pipe & fitting it should go upto end of pipe easily but should be came tight on half way

Apply Truzo evenly by using suitable applicator on outer surface of pipe and inner surface of socket, assemble parts quickly. Twist the pipe 45°-90° while inserting into the socket for better spreading of Truzo and hold for 30 second

Wipe off excess of Truzo and leave the surface untouched for 1 hr cure for cold water application and 6 hrs for hot water application

Partially emptied container should be closed immediately
18 months in prescribed storage condition.
Product should be stored in a dry place in their original, properly closed containers.

Avoid breathing fume/gas/mist/vapors. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
