Hexon

Hexon is a single component, rubber based adhesive widely used for bonding leather, rubber, metal, wood, rexene, canvas etc.

Applications

Hexon can be used in repairing electronic goods like cameras, speaker, watches, mobile phones, auto parts etc. Hexon is also used for sticking glass to ceramic, metal, canvas etc. and used for repairing leather goods. It also recommended for joining rubber beads to vehicle door.

How to use

Apply a line or bead on the both surface, which are to be. Ensure uniform application for better results also ensure that no excess adhesive should be applied as it will give adverse effect
Allow the solvent to evaporate for 10-15 min. to dry the film. Now start placing both surfaces together from one end and apply adequate pressure to get uniform contact
For large surface, insert a coarse log between two surface and then start placing both surface together from one end and remove log accordingly. Remove log once proper adjustment of both surface will be done and press surface from one end to another end

Shelf Life

18 months in a partially filled packing and strictly store in a cool place, away from heat
