Trubuild

It is used for fixing all types of tiles for interior and exterior wall & floor. It is also used for tile fixing of underwater application like swimming pool etc.

• Can be use for both interior & external application
• Excellent adhesion and slip resistance
• Quick curing and floor can be used after 24 hrs

• Ensure that old tiles are perfectly joint and having uniform level. If any hollow space is present same should be filled by the mortar
• Tiles should be rinse with water to remove the dust and loose particles
• Take Trubuild Tile On Tile Adhesive in a mixing tub, add water to make lump free mortar consistency (Adhesive water mixing ratio 3:1 by volume)
• Wait for 4 minutes and then mix it with the help of a trowel
• Apply mix material on the surface at 3-5 mm thickness, spread it with the help of notched trowel, do not spread in more than 1sq m of area at a time
• Press the tile firmly, hammer gently with soft mallet to ensure perfect bond
• Clean the excessive adhesive from the joints
• For best results use Trubuild Tile grout of required color to fill the gaps between the tiles but same should be strictly done after 24 hrs of tile application
• Leave the tile applied area untouched for 24 hrs
• Clean the tools & equipment’s with potable water immediately after use

• It is ready to use tile adhesive so do not add sand and cement further and always add recommended percentage of water
• Do not use for vertical cladding of heavy tiles
• To avoid formation of lump always add powder to water and not water to powder
• Strictly not to be use paint, wood, metal and gypsum plaster. For such applications apply Trubuild BWP over a dry & clean surface. After 60 mins of application of Trubuild BWP start applying Trubuild Tile on Tile Adhesive. 

12 months in unopened packaging in a strictly dry and cool storage place.

Product should be stored in a dry place strictly away from moisture.
