Trubuild

It is used in grouting of base plates of machines, pumps, concrete anchors, columns of pre-cast constructions, gaps etc. It is suitable for the grouting works for gap thickness from 10 mm to 100 mm

Surface Preparation

• Concrete surface should be clean, sound and free from oil, grease, laitance and loosely adhering particles.
• Metal surface should be free from scale, rust, oil and grease.
• All adsorbent surfaces must be well soaked with clean water.

Mixing

• Mix ratio for desired consistency is as fallows.

                    Consistency          Water (Litres) per 20 kg of Grout

                    Flowable               3.2 - 3.8

                    Pourable                2.8 - 3.2

                    Stiff                        2.4 - 2.7

• Take 75% of water as per desired consistency first and then add Trubuild Non Shrink Grout - HS gradually with continuous mixing.
• Add remaining water with continuous mixing until desired consistency will not obtained.
• After mixing stir slightly by spatula to remove entrapped air.
• To carried our pouring work same is poured immediately into the designed frame work
• For baseplate grouting un-interrupted flow is required.
• For larger section it is necessary to mix 1 part of 10 mm silt free aggregates to minimise temperature rise. Other precautions such as the use of chilled water, insulation of the framework or base plate may be required.

12 months in unopened packaging in a strictly dry and cool storage place.

Product should be stored in a dry place strictly away from moisture.
