  • Before application the surface should be thoroughly saturated with water and ensure removal of any excess water prior to application.

Waterproof Coating

  • For water proof coating make a slurry of 1:1.5 ratio (by volume) or 0.2: 1 ratio (by weight) of Trubuild WPL 333 and cement. Charging of cement and mixing should be done slowly to avoid any air entrapment.
  • Apply 1st coat on surface and allow it to dry. After 4-6 hrs of first coat, apply second cost and then again allow it to dry for 5 -6 hrs. This should be followed by moist curing by sprinkling / Spraying of potable water for 24 hrs. After Moist curing, the surface should be allowed to air cure for 3 to 5 days before covering it with any protective screed.
