TRUBUILD CPS 111

Concrete Porosity Sealer

TRUBUILD CPS 111 (Concrete Porosity Sealer) is an integral water proofing compound which is special designed for giving water proofing to cement concrete, mortars & plasters. It gives cohesive property to cement which ultimately gives water proofing and also protect the reinforced steel against corrosion.

Meets the requirement of IS: 2645-2003

Application
Applications

Trubuild CPS is used for water proofing of cement-sand mortar used for making roof slabs, bathrooms, drains, basements, water tanks etc.

Application
Advantages
  • Reduces the permeability of water to the concrete hence giving excellent water proofing and along with this protecting reinforced steel bars against corrosion
  • Single component product and easy to use due to its low viscosity
  • It improves workability of freshly mixed concrete and increases durability of concrete without affecting the strength of concrete
How to use
How to use
  • Mix cement, aggregates its mixture in dry state and then discharge Trubuild CPS 111 in water as per cement used in dry mix. Then pour the mixed water into the dry mix and mix it till we get homogeneous mixture, then use it as per requirements.
  • Mix Trubuild CPS 111 as per the recommended dosage and then again mix for 3 min and now use the mixture as per the requirement
  • Cure the applied mortar or concrete as per good construction practices
