Monster

Monster is a general-purpose single component white PVA emulsion adhesive for woodworking and general bonding applications. It is mainly use in furniture industry, laminate pasting etc.

Applications

Monster can be used for bonding in all type of wood working like plywood, wood, Laminates, veneers, particle board, block board/hard board, MDF to each other.

How to use

Monster is having a very good spread ability can be apply with the help of Astral Adhesive Resiwood applicator, roller or fingers. The usual procedure to be follow is:

Clean both the surfaces to be bonded.
It is ready to use product so dilution not recommended.
Apply a thin coat of Monster on both or one surface – as per requirement and spread evenly in 5-7 min.
Press the two surfaces together and keep under pressure with the help of either clamp, nails, wooden support etc., until the adhesive drives completely. Excess adhesive pressed outside the joints should be wipe out with a wet cloth.
