Vegacol
VEGACOL is a poly vinyl acetate based adhesive compounded by proprietary additives. It is mainly used as general purpose adhesive in furniture industry, Laminate pasting, handicraft, packaging, paper tube, etc.
Applications
- Laminates, plywood and other hard /soft wood, veneer.
- Particle board, MDF, block board; hard board, etc.
- It is specially made for the handicraft industry and furniture where economical cost concern
How to use
- The surfaces to be bonded should free of dust, oil, grease and must be dry and properly levelled.
- For best results, roughen the surfaces to be bonded and stir contents of the container before use.It is a ready to use product so dilution is not recommended.
- Apply a thin coat of VEGACOL on both surfaces then allowed to dry for 5-7 minutes.
- Then bring both the surfaces in contact and align properly. Then keep them pressed for 24 hours for best result.
- Excess adhesive that oozes out from edges should be wiped off with a wet squeezed cloth. Pressure can be applied by using nails, clamps, weight, paper tape
- If required, pressure can be released after 6 to 8 hours and the bonded

Handling precautions
Product should be stored in a dry place in their original, properly closed containers at temperature between 2-40°C. Partially emptied container should be closed immediately.
