Zesta WR

ZESTA WR is a single component white PVA emulsion adhesive for woodworking and general bonding applications. It is heat & water-resistant.

ZESTA WR is a specially designed fast drying heat & water resistance product for wood to wood, ply to wood, Veneer, decorative laminate, MDF/ particle board, block board/ hard board to each other. Best results can be obtain, when at least one of them is porous.

  • For bonding in all type of woodworking like plywood, wood, laminates, veneers, particleboard, block board/hard board, MDF to each other.
  • Furniture, handicraft, sports goods, packaging & book binding, paper labelling, paper tube, wall paper, carpet manufacturing.
  • Also recommended for bonding any two material where at lese one of them is porous eg. Paper, cardboard, particleboard etc. and other related applications.

How to use
How to use

ZESTA WR is having a very good spreadability can be apply with the help of Astral Adhesive Resiwood applicator or by brush, roller or fingers. The usual procedure to be follow is:

  • Clean both the surfaces to be bonded.
  • It is ready to use product so dilution is not recommended.
  • Apply a thin ZESTA WR on both or one surface – as per requirement and spread evenly in 5-7 minutes.
  • Press the two surfaces together and keep under pressure with the help of either clamp, nails, wooden support etc., till the adhesive drives completely. Excess adhesive pressed outside the joints should be wipe out with a wet cloth.
