BONDGRIP Multi 606 is low viscous, fast drying, high strength sprayable synthetic rubber based contact adhesive, suitable for bonding PU foam to various other substrates like Hard cotton felt, Non-woven fabric, Re-bonded foam, High resilience foam, memory foam, EPE foam, NR latex foam, metal etc.
Suitable for foam-to-foam bonding for mattress, foam & furnishing application
Step 1 : Application can be done at room temperature. Stirr adhesive well before use and apply it on clean substrates through spray gun in well ventilated surrounding.
Step 2 : Spray uniform coat of rubber adhesive on both the substrates to be bonded using an air supported gun with nozzle orifice approx 1.6-2.0 mm from a distance of 2-3 feet at air pressure of approx 2-4 kg/cm2 depending on the application.
Step 3 : Wait till solvent is evaporated and rubber film is tacky and then bond substrates together with pressure.
Step 4 : Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Keep adhesive away from fire.

Storage : Product should be stored in a dry place in their original, properly closed containers at temperature between 5°C - 25°C. Partially emptied container should be closed immediately.
Shelf Life : 12 months in unopened packaging in a dry and cool storage place at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
