BONDTITE WOOD is a two-component, wood-coloured, filled epoxy system specially developed for bonding wood to wood and wood to dissimilar substrates like marble, ceramics, metal, glass, wood, fiber glass, etc. It gives water resistance, with no problem of shrinkage, migration, pull away and can be used to replace rotten & worn-out wood, rebuild furniture, reshape carving, handles and knobs as well as to restore antiques, etc. Wood dust can be added to improve consistency, appearance and texture.
Suitable for bonding and filling of cracks, holes on all types of wood.
Step 1 : Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil, wax and paint.
Step 2 : Roughen smooth surfaces for better adhesion by emery paper.
Step 3 : Pre-fit parts to be joined.
Step 4 : Squeeze equal volume of material from both part-A & part-B. Mix resin and hardener for one minute thoroughly and then apply as per requirement.
Step 5 : It will be fully cured in 24 hours.

It bonds wood to wood and wood to dissimilar substrates such as viner, plywood and other decorative lamiantes .
Squeeze equal volumes of Part A and Part B in a 1:1 ratio, mix thoroughly for one minute, apply, and clamp where required.
Bondtite Wood has a pot life of 40-50 minutes at 25°C and should be given adequate time to dry depending on the size of the repair.
Common applications include furniture repair, filling screw holes, and repairing wooden door and window edges.
Bondtite Wood gives a 100% waterproof joint; specific heat-resistance figures are not listed on the technical data sheet.
Avoid using Bondtite Wood on surfaces with oil, wax or paint, as these prevent proper adhesion.
Common mistakes include not roughening smooth surfaces before bonding and not mixing the two parts in an equal 1:1 ratio.
Bondtite Wood offers excellent strength, no shrinkage, and is easy to sand and drill once cured, unlike many household wood glues.
Store Bondtite Wood in a dry place in its original, sealed pouch between 2°C and 40°C, and reseal partially used containers immediately.

Storage: Products should be stored in a dry place in their original, properly closed containers at temperatures between 2-40°C. Partially emptied containers / Pouches should be closed immediately.
