BONDTITE DELUXE is a single-component, water-resistant PVA emulsion adhesive used for woodworking applications. It is specially designed for bonding wood to wood, ply to decorative laminates, veneer, MDF, particle board, block board, wood to each other. Best results can be obtained when at least one of them is porous.
Bondtite Deluxe is suitable for all type of wood working in furniture like plywood, wood, laminates, veneers, particle board, block board/hard board, MDF to each other.
Step 1 : The usual procedure to be followed for application of Bondtite Deluxe with the help of Astral Adhesive's Bondtite applicator is as follows
Step 2 : Clean both the surfaces to be bonded.
Step 3 : It is ready to use product so dilution is not recommended.
Step 4 : Apply an even coat of Bondtite Deluxe first on comparatively non-porous surfaces and then on porous surfaces, for e.g. apply first on laminate and then on Plywood.

Bondtite Deluxe Wood Adhesive bonds soft -wood to wood, plywood to decorative laminates, veneer, MDF, particle board and block board, giving best results when at least one surface is porous.
Clean both surfaces, apply Bondtite Deluxe undiluted with a Bondtite applicator on the non-porous surface first and then the porous surface, then press the surfaces together and hold until set.
Full strength typically develops within 24 hours at room temperature, in line with general Bondtite PVA adhesive curing guidance.
Bondtite Deluxe Wood Adhesive is commonly used in furniture making, including plywood, wood, laminates, veneers, particle board and MDF joinery.
Bondtite Deluxe Wood Adhesive is water-resistant, suitable for general woodworking, though it is not described as fully waterproof.
Bondtite Deluxe Wood Adhesive is designed for porous wood-based substrates and is not intended for non-porous materials such as glass or metal.
Avoid diluting the ready-to-use adhesive and skipping proper clamping pressure, as both can result in a weak or uneven bond.
Bondtite Deluxe Wood Adhesive offers excellent spreadability and bond strength specifically engineered for wood-to-wood and laminate joinery work.
Store Bondtite Deluxe Wood Adhesive in a dry place in its original, properly closed container at temperatures between 2-40°C.

Storage: Products should be stored in a dry place in their original, properly closed containers at temperatures between 2-40°C. Partially emptied containers / Pouches should be closed immediately.
