Step 2 : Take resin & hardener in the 100:25 ratio, mix thoroughly and take it in dispensing bottle, dispense the mix over the crack
Step 3 : Mix will cure in 24-30 hours after that polishing can be done on that marble
Step 4 : Micro Crack Treatment
Step 5 : Take resin & hardener in above mentioned ratio, mix thoroughly and apply over the surface with the help of spatula.
Step 6 : If required, epoxy thinner can be added for further reduction in viscosity.Polishing of marble can be done only after 24-30 hours.

Crackbond GPR 251 is a medium-viscosity epoxy system used to fill cracks and pin holes on granite surfaces.
It is designed for granite, and can also be used for marble crack and pinhole filling applications.
Mix resin and hardener in a 100:50 ratio, dispense over the crack or apply with a spatula, adding epoxy thinner if extra thinning is needed.
The mix cures in 24-30 hours, after which polishing of the granite or marble surface can be done.
It is commonly used for crack filling and micro crack treatment on granite and marble surfaces before polishing.
Crackbond GPR 251 is water-resistant; heat resistance is upto 90 deg C.
Avoid using Crackbond GPR 251 on oily, dusty or wet surfaces, as proper cleaning is needed for the filler to bond well.
Common mistakes include polishing before the 24-30 hour cure time and not mixing the resin-hardener ratio accurately.

Store Crackbond GPR 251 in a dry place in its original, properly closed container at 2-40°C, and reseal partially used containers immediately.
