Used for filling minute pinholes and cracks in marble and granite, specially suitable for Italian marble.
Step 1 : Crack Filling
Step 2 : Take resin & hardener in the 100:25 ratio, mix thoroughly and take it in dispensing bottle, dispense the mix over the crack
Step 3 : Mix will cure in 24-30 hours after that polishing can be done on that marble
Step 4 : Micro Crack Treatment
Step 5 : Take resin & hardener in above mentioned ratio, mix thoroughly and apply over the surface with the help of spatula.
Step 6 : If required, epoxy thinner can be added for further reduction in viscosity.Polishing of marble can be done only after 24-30 hours.
Step 7 : Polishing of marble can be done only after 24-30 hours.

Crackbond CTF-451 is a low-viscosity epoxy filler used to fill cracks and pinholes on granite and Italian/premium marble surfaces.
It is formulated for granite and marble, with particular suitability for Italian/premium marble surfaces.
Mix resin and hardener in a 100:33 ratio, dispense the mix over the crack or apply with a spatula, thinning with epoxy thinner if needed.
The mix cures in 24-30 hours, after which the marble or granite surface can be polished.
It is commonly used for filling minute pinholes and micro-cracks in marble and granite, especially Italian/premium marble.
Crackbond CTF-451 is water-resistant and non-yellowing; heat resistance is upto 90 deg C.
Avoid using Crackbond CTF-451 on dusty, oily or wet surfaces, as the area must be clean before application.
Common mistakes include polishing before the full 24-30 hour cure time and inaccurate resin-to-hardener mixing ratios.
Crackbond CTF-451 is transparent, low viscosity, long-working and high-gloss, making it well suited for fine crack repair work.
Store Crackbond CTF-451 in a dry place in its original, properly closed container at 2-40°C, and reseal partially used containers immediately.
